AIM Programme – Every Child Is Welcome
At Let’s Play Preschool, we proudly participate in the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM), which provides additional support for children with disabilities and additional needs. Our wonderful teacher Nicola has completed the LINC (Leadership for INClusion) Programme, a specialised qualification that trains early years educators to recognise and support children’s individual needs, adapt activities and create an
inclusive learning environment where every child can flourish.
Nicola is a naturally warm, caring and nurturing individual who works closely with children and their families to ensure everyone feels welcome, understood and supported. In our loving, home-from-home environment, we welcome children of all needs and abilities, celebrating each child’s uniqueness and helping them learn, build friendships and thrive at their own pace.
